| The first tweak - using as usual what we could find on hand. In fact axle distance from leg is not increased very much but the slight 'track' (width) increase and much larger wheels does make for easier moving and better lateral stability. When using the saw in vertical mode we will add some lead/steel weight to the opposite end to further increase stability from tipping - probably make a small 'pocket' or shelf for that purpose to hold weights. |
