The Tail Stock Cross Drilling Jig, In Use
| Previously described in an earlier video and erroneously sometimes described as used for center drilling, (when it should be cross drilling!) There are various ways to achieve this of course but the home made jig fabricated for use in the lathe tail stock, does provide a fairly easy and accurate method to achieve a satisfactory result. No great surprises here but, this does show the jig in use... something worth making to add to the gadgets collection.This was part of our early "Gadgets & Gizmos" series. |
