DRO Fit on Grizzly 0704, Part Two, Y-axis
| Now for the Y-axis parts installation - fortunately a lot less hassle than the X but, still with some 'suck-it-and-see' trial runs as the set-up evolved. Final result quite acceptable and so now we have both X and Y functioning - the machine already has a readout for the Z. Minor points such as the type of cable connector for the X slider yet to be resolved, but essentially the project is now a pleasing success. |
