Fixture Plate Part One
| Putting a small piece of 1/2" aluminum plate to use, as a fixture plate... longer would be useful but it's what we have. First job is machining the four sides and facing both surfaces to produce good symmetry. Here we attend to this phase and discuss the hole pattern etc. Part two will just deal with the drilling and tapping - delayed for now while we wait for a new 3/8 tap to come. |
