| Convertion of an old tatty cast iron rotary table into a basic dividing system. It was acquired in pretty rough shape, but it did have potential though initially no way to operate - to which end, stage one was making a worm gear to engage onto the center boss and then from there make a system of parts to drive the worm and set up a calibration option with pointers and locking devices. Not used a lot but most useful occasionally and an interesting project. A new one is still very desirable! |
