Gooseneck Adapters
| A rather trivial small project but one to make a couple of adapters to permit use of a spare gooseneck on a mag base. Threads were 5/8" x 28 so a bit awkward, particularly the female one. Just used up some small scrap pieces and left an 8mm x 1.25 female thread in the top piece to take whatever seems worth fitting. - possibly a light unit, a DTI (if enough rigidity) or even a ball swivel for camera mounting. |
