| Not so long ago, we covered making some of these for old chucks using aluminum, so this is somewhat of a repeat. However, this time used copper sheet to make a set for the new chuck. Initially, measured main jaw dimensions in order to cut some blanks - then forming those in-situ and trimming to suit. |
