TIG Welding Steady
| Was watching Jody (Welding Tips and Tricks), who showed a very simple jig/guide support, made by a buddy. Basically a very simple device to use, instead of lumps of 2x4! So - let's make one! For this old fella's less than steady hands this could prove very useful sometimes - even in fact for other types of welding. Didn't need much material - just cut up some square tube, found a scrap of 1/4" plate and then some round tube pieces that fitted inside the square.... a bit of brazing (shakily!) and it was done. |
