Update and Short H 501s Local Drone Flight
| Just an update and, in the absence of any machining, a quick look at some higher altitude flying of the quadcopter. Once up to 400' navigation is all by the FPV screen as line of sight is impossible, but a slow pan gave a good vantage point to see further in and around the area. On board camera shoots 1080p so this video was encoded at same resolution - it does suffer slight ''jello'' at times. A gimbal controlled camera would make a big difference to image stability (or current lack of it!). |
