X and Z Power Drive Temporary Fix! Part One
| Despite having 2 wiper motors on hand for power drives, we were looking for a quick fix, for now. The work involved, turned out to be a bit more than anticipated and no knowing if it would even work! We did quite a bit with no explanation about what we were making but since have added an intro - of course at the end (part two) we show it in use. It looks a bit off alignment when run but that is mainly due to a very poor chuck on a cheap drill- the eccentricity gets magnified. Further practice sees it working much better. This project is split into two parts because of the number of various stages. |
