Mods to an old 7.5" Rotary Table
| This rather beat-up table was originally converted for use about 25 or more years ago... description here . It has some backlash and is a bit stiff to rotate but otherwise is suitably functional. However, in order to make it clear the X-axis protection cover we now have, the operating shaft needed extending - and at the same time we wanted to add a more efficient and 'user-friendly' handle set up. Small but fiddly job, including a visit from Mr Bozo! Rather longer than our usual video but didn't seem worth splitting - plus we have included a bit more machining time than sometimes. |
